won't be provide any car service or extra service from SydneyShoot, all the transport services cost are in charge of the customers on the day of the tour. (expect for the premium and executive option)
Any offensive behavior or failure to comply with studio policy could result in refusal of service and or a loss of security deposit.
SydneyShoot is doing the best to keep the security of the website at the high level possible, anyway we do not warrant that the Web site service will be error free or that any information or other material available on or accessible through the Web site is free of harmful components.
SydneyShoot photographers have creative freedom as to the choice of locations and poses used for the photographs.
Any discounts offered are exclusive. They cannot be combined.In the case of special offers these must be requested at time of booking, and will not automatically be applied.
The Customer must ensure that their insurance is operative for all persons present during the hours of the photoshoot to cover any accident, injury or death.
SydneyShoot shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss damage expense liability or for any consequential loss.
Can a friend or family member come along free of charge if they aren’t going to be in the photos? Sorry, no. Everyone pay full price whether they are adults or children.
You will receive a mail with your credential to access your private gallery in a week or two after the payment is finalise.
Clients agree that SydneyShoot can use one image of the client tour for promotional purposes on our website/facebook or our brochures only, however, we will not provide any names and details, so you will remain anonymous. Our copies of all other images containing clients on the tour will be destroyed if asked, otherwise we’ll keep a backup copy for you, in case in the future you want to access again in your gallery.
You’ll receive a full size jpeg file @ 300dpi in Photoshop RGB, ADOBE1998 Colourspace/Profile.
SydneyShoot retains the rights to any photos taken onto the tour.
SydneyShoot retains the rights to any photos taken that do not include persons booked onto the tour. This includes the right to reproduce, sell and use as advertising material. Clients cannot reproduce, sell or use these images for anything other than personal use.
All images supplied, including those of the clients are for clients personal use only and are not to be used for any commercial, advertising, marketing or other purpose without written permission from SydneyShoot and it’s photographers.
Payment and Cancellations
All tours are to be booked and paid in full in advance.
A $50.00 AU applies for cancellations more than 30 days in advance of the booking date.
A fee of 50% of the package price applies for cancellations between 30 to 20 days in advance of the booking date.
No refund is available if cancelled less than 20 days before the booking date.
All prices subject to change until the booking fee is paid.
SydneyShoot will only cancel the tour if SydneyShoot or the photographer considers the weather to be hazardous. SydneyShoot will inform you in advance (please provide a contact phone number and valid email) and endeavour to move the booking to another date that is suitable to both parties or book a different tour. If SydneyShoot is unable to re-schedule a tour a full refund will be issued.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
Additional time (over and above the package time) for photography or travelling to and from locations will be charged @ A$70.00 per hour.
Rush rates may apply to urgent work, i.e. within 24 hours.
